She was extremely knowledgeable on all the different flavor combinations and introducing us to the different types of gelato. I stop by regularly and get a small gelato. My favorite is the brownie batter gelato but sometimes will get one of the different flavors that they have available. They rotate flavors so it is different each time you visit. They are so friendly and don't forget to sit in the barber's chair while you are there!
